BFN at 12DPO

And it was on an FRER Of course.

Does anyone else shake while waiting for their test develop?

*Rationalization Time*

1. I previously suggested that since I'm not entirely sure if I ovulated on CD14 or 15 today could have still been 11dpo so still pretty early.

2. I can't seem to produce concentrated urine (how's that for TMI?). I prefer to pee in a cup and dip the stick and my pee both times I've tested lately has been nice mild yellow and not the dark concentrated color that it probably should be. I don't know what I can do about this. It's not that easy to just hold it a little longer.

3. I had that bbt dip the other day and by chance it was related or matched the time of implantation, then it was only 2 days ago and maybe I need more time before anything can be detected in my sunshine yellow pee.

I wonder what a sane person does at this point... they probably put down the pee stick till 14dpo or maybe just wait for AF to arrive. But I'm a glutton for punishment... I will probably test tomorrow again and the next day. I need to pick up some more FRERs when I go to the store today (funny, I'd thought the 3 pack would be enough).

But the disappointing thing is that a part of me actually *feels* pregnant. There I said it, now I've surely jinxed myself. I had sore boobs yesterday and I've been a little dizzy lately. I know a lot of people say early pregnancy feels a lot like PMS but I don't really have much experience with PMS so I just don't know if any of this is normal or not.

I hope it's too early for it just yet! From my experience, the cycle I got pregnant with my son, I did clomid days 5-9, and O'd around day 17ish. I started testing daily with FMU from 11 dpo. I didn't test positive till I was almost a week late. It was almost cd 40. A lot of money in tests that month. Weirdly enough, First Response was neg the day I got a positive, in the evening, with an EPT.

With my pregnancies, I never seem to get a BFP until about 14-15 DPO. I think I'm just a late implanter because when I BBT, I usually dip around 10 dpo.

hang in there. It isn't over yet. Test again in a couple of days.

I would POAS like crazy, too. And I think you're right that if you had an implantation dip only two days ago it would take a few days to show up on an HPT. Ohh, I really hope you're pg! I know how tough it is to have that "perfect cycle" and feel like you just have to get that second line...

Grrr, I hate HPTs. I think 12dpo is too early, especially if you only implanted 2 days ago. The earliest I've heard of a BFP after an implantation dip was 5 days past.

btw, I though you were a proponent of dollar store HPTs?

Yes, Wife, your right, I love my $tree hpts. But FRERs are suppose to be more sensitive, so unless I actually had the restraint to wait till 14dpo, it really doesn't make sense to use them the $tree ones. And, actually FRERs are not as expensive as I thought they were, I got a 3 pack with a *free* digital thrown in there for less than $13... for 4 tests that's just over $3 apiece... so not as good as $1 but maybe worth it if it can end the insanity sooner. I'm basically considering this a special exception cause it's the first time I've ever really gotten to test... now let's see if I make and exception next time too.

Really, 5 days? I would argue that I've seen one sooner, but I can't prove it, so you might be right.

Hang in there -- waaaay too early to get a conclusive answer. I know it's tough, but try not to read into those symptoms too much -- with my short pregnancy I felt nothing when I went in for my beta (my symptoms developed over the next couple of weeks), which my doctor said was totally normal.

((((HUGS)))) HPTs suck! It's probably too early. Wait a few days and test again.

Hi! New to your blog. I HATE home tests. I used to use the digital tests and cover the word Not when it inevitably said Not Pregnant. Just wanted to know what it looked like...
Haven't had to POAS for quite some time though. Now I get to wait for "the call." My DH has to answer those. Can't handle it. Lots of luck. I'm hoping you tested too soon.

Not to use the "h" word, but hopefully it is just too early.

I am with you on the hunting. You know Mr.'s family hunts. I told him he was NOT bringing a gun into our home. He brought home a sword. Sigh.

I hate that I had to go back to meat. I can't wait to give it up again.
